Somewhere inside each and every person is a longing desire to live a life of significance. They want to make a difference in this world of Jesus. The question is, how can you do it if you aren’t sure how the Lord sees you? What you can take comfort in knowing is that you are part of the family of God. You are His child, and He loves you. Since you are a family member, you have access to His amazing grace.
You Are In Christ
Time and again, people just don’t know what they have in Christ. They don’t take the time to pray to God and look to the scriptures. They have a wrong perception of who God is, and it is hurting them more than they know.
They believe that God is impressed with the performance. They think that if they do enough, He’ll bless them. The truth is, it’s not about what you can do for Him but what He has already done for you through His Son. It’s about grace and not about our works.
Even while you were a sinner, God loved you and gave His Son for you. You are no longer under the dominion of sin and the devil. When God looks at you, He sees you as righteous because Jesus took your place. That’s something to shout about. Thank You, Jesus.
God desires that you experience His love for you. He wants goodness and mercy to chase you down all the days of your life. God is good, and His plans for you are pleasant.
Live For Jesus
As you received Jesus, the Bible says to continue living your life in the same way. By faith, through grace, you are to enjoy the things of God. As you receive salvation through faith, you can also receive God’s grace in order to do what He has called you to do. All you need to do is step out and take action.
When you put action to your faith, that is when God’s extraordinary power starts to happen. His anointing and glory will flow in and through you. When you walk into a room, the presence of the Lord does too. When you carry out daily prayer, the power of God flows into the situations you are praying about.
The Lord sees you through the blood of Jesus. This means that His grace is yours, and you have access to it right now. You’ve been accepted into His family, and God will work through you as you go about your day. When you let that truth sink in, it will change your life forever. As a result, it will also spill over into the lives of those around you.
Press Into Knowing God
Even if you are in a place where you’re not sure what your purpose and calling are, you can still press in and believe that God is in your life. The catch is you have to allow the truth of God’s goodness to become real to you, and then you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Every day when you wake up, the best thing you can do is to raise your hands in prayer and tell God you completely depend on Him. That you are leaning entirely on Him, and you’re going to fall if He doesn’t come through. The truth is He won’t fail you.
God desires that you experience liberty in Christ so that you are blessed, and those around you are blessed too. When you fall in love with God, life gets exciting. Let Him love you, and your life will become a living banner of the Lord Most High. Then the reality that you’re His child and full of His grace will explode to the next level.
